A Creator Phone? Uh...no.

I was reading about how other phone's are better for creating content than the i-Phone, which is more of a consumer device.

Well, it’s totally a consumer device. (BUY from i-Tunes, SURF the web, VIEW your photos).  And you can’t record a voice note, record video, take a decent picture, or write on the screen.

This got me thinking about how cool it would be to really have a decent camera (with maybe a decent flash?), an easy way to post those photos, and a QWERTY keyboard for writing.  In short, a practical life-sharing or idea-sharing device.

I don’t really write that much with my current QWERTY-equipped PDA-phone, but it comes in very handy.  I decided that if my next phone has no QWERTY, it better at least have a decent on-screen keyboard.
And for Apple to attract the creative types who like their Macs, I would think they would want to start providing appropriate tools (in software or in an eventual platform upgrade) to do some mobile creating.
